Report: Frank Reich’s coaching seat ‘on fire’

According to FOX’s Will Kunkel, Frank Reich’s coaching seat is “on fire” following the Panthers’ Week 12 loss to the Titans.

Frank Reich’s backside may be extra toasty on the way home from Nashville tonight.

The Carolina Panthers just dropped their fourth straight game and their 10th in 11 outings this season, falling short of the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. And according to former team beat writer and current FOX 26 Houston reporter Will Kunkel, the 17-10 loss has intensified the flames.

Reich, following the defeat, spoke about the team’s direction moving ahead.

“What are you gonna do? You’re 1-10,” he said during his postgame presser. “What, you gonna feel sorry for yourself? You’re gonna think something is magically gonna fix everything? No. We lost a close football game today. These games are winnable.

“That message doesn’t fly when you’re 1-10, but I know these games are winnable. I know we have the players and the coaches to do that. So we regroup and get ready for this week.”

Additionally, owner David Tepper—per Joe Person of The Athleticwasn’t exactly the happiest camper leaving the locker room . . .
