Brock was claimed off waivers by the Titans last season after he was cut by the Arizona Cardinals.
The 31-year-old played in seven games for Tennessee (including playoffs) and had a pretty significant role with the team dealing with injuries in the secondary to Adoree’ Jackson and Malcolm Butler.
Brock played well, but he would have been no more than a depth piece in 2020 had he returned to Nashville. He could play a much more important role with the Jaguars, especially after Rashaan Melvin opted out of the upcoming season.
Prior to joining the Titans last year, Brock spent the majority of his career with the San Francisco 49ers, but also played for the Minnesota Vikings and Denver Broncos.
