After spending time with the Seattle Seahawks, former LSU QB Danny Etling is on the move east to Denver, Colorado. According to his agent, the former Tigers gunslinger will be joining the Broncos. With the issues at quarterback, this move will provide the team with some depth.
Mike Klis of 9 News in Denver reports that isn’t finalized yet as he works through the entry protocols, but Etling will be a practice squad addition for the Broncos.
Congrats to our client @DannyEtling16 on signing with the @Broncos 💪🏼

Etling has yet to throw a pass in the regular season but given the depth issues with Denver, it could happen at any time. As a member of the Tigers, Etling threw for 4,586 yards with 27 touchdowns and seven interceptions in 24 games. He arrived in Baton Rouge as a transfer after two years at Purdue.
