Former Tennessee Titans cornerback Logan Ryan, who remains one of the biggest names left on the free-agent market, has reportedly decided to change his representation and “is poised to do a deal.”
The latest comes from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Free agent DB Logan Ryan, one of the top players available, has hired powerful agent Joel Segal as his new representation and is poised to do a deal, sources say. Ryan’s previous agents waived the five-day waiting period, and Ryan’s move is official.

After posting arguably his best season as a pro in 2019, Ryan has yet to find a new home after he and the Titans parted ways earlier this offseason, although it appears his run in free agency might be close to ending.
It has been an interesting offseason for Ryan to say the least.
He has remained steadfast in wanting at least what he made with the Titans during the past three seasons ($10 million annually), but no team has been willing to bite on that demand.
More recently, Ryan made the case that he wants to be considered a safety, and he even sent a comparison of his stats to some of the top safeties in the NFL to all 32 teams.
The veteran has also compared himself to the likes of elite safeties like the Kansas City Chiefs’ Tyrann Mathieu and the Denver Broncos’ Justin Simmons.
We’ll see if Ryan’s work will pay off, or if he’ll have to settle for less than he wanted.
