Report: Colts working out free-agent S Ronnie Harrison Jr.

The Colts reportedly are working out free-agent S Ronnie Harrison Jr. on Monday.

The Indianapolis Colts reportedly are hosting a workout for free-agent safety Ronnie Harrison Jr. on Monday, per Jordan Schultz of The Score.

A former third-round pick in the 2018 NFL draft out of Alabama, Harrison has spent the last three seasons with the Cleveland Browns.

Harrison, 26, has lined up at strong safety during his time with the Jacksonville Jaguars (2018-2019) and Browns (2020-2022). He was traded to the Browns just before the 2020 season.

In 67 career games (45 starts), Harrison has recorded five interceptions, 23 passes defensed, 5.5 sacks and nine tackles for loss.

The Colts have dealt with some injuries at the safety position as both starters Rodney Thomas II (toe) and Julian Blackmon (hamstring) have recently missed practice.
