Report Card: Grading Penn State’s performance at Iowa

The grades are in for Penn State after its first loss of the year. Some highs, but too many lows.

Special Teams: B+

There were not a ton of key plays from special teams from both teams today. But, that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Jordan Stout does continue to impress though.
