Report: Browns to bring back WR Daylen Baldwin to practice squad

One receiver, so far, is sticking around Cleveland as the team is reportedly bringing back a late training camp addition:

Nothing becomes official until later this afternoon but a slow trickle of reports has begun for the next wave of NFL moves. Teams were required to place waiver claims by noon today with the official announcement of those claims coming at 4 PM.

The Cleveland Browns have the thirteenth waiver priority with a few players that could be of interest to them.

After setting the initial 53-man roster yesterday, the Browns also have work to do to set their practice squad as well. Ten of those players have to have no more than two accrued seasons in the NFL while the other six can be veterans.

According to a report, Cleveland will be bringing back WR Daylen Baldwin to their practice squad despite being a late addition to the team in camp:

With depth and talent concerns at the position, Baldwin could find himself being useful to the team sooner rather than later. The 6’1″, 220 pound receiver doesn’t have blazing speed but can make plays using his large frame.

Baldwin is the first reported move for the Browns on Wednesday.
