The Bills are in danger of losing their offensive coordinator, Brian Daboll, to the Cleveland Browns. He’s interviewed for the job and some reports have linked him as a candidate still in the running.
But could the Bills lose more than Daboll to the Browns? Cleveland.com reports that the OC could leave Buffalo for Cleveland in a package, of sorts.
Buffalo assistant general manager, Joe Schoen, was named by the outlet as someone the the Browns’ “radar” for their vacant general manager position. The report also indicated that Daboll and Schoen could go to Cleveland as duo together:
Also on the #Browns GM radar: #Bills assistant GM Joe Schoen, who would pair with HC candidate Brian Daboll, the former #Browns and current #Bills OC

Schoen, according to some league-wide rumblings, such as one from The Athletic, indicates that he’s “highly though of” around the NFL. Could a pair of poachings make sense?
Look no further than the Bills’ Sean McDermott and Brandon Beane. That’s just one example of a team taking in a head coaching-front office pairing from the same location.
