The Cincinnati Bengals are now open for business when it comes to the first pick of Friday’s second round, according to new reports.

Per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Bengals have put the pick up for grabs less than two hours before things start at 7 p.m. ET.

As Pelissero notes, a deal would hinge on another team being “willing to pay the price to go all the way to the top.”

Which isn’t that tall of an ask — plenty of teams probably have first-round grades on players who fell out of Thursday’s opening round. Cincinnati can smartly sell off the pick to the highest bidder over the next hour or so.

But it does require some tightrope walking. If the Bengals have multiple targets left, they can roll the dice on moving back and still hoping one of their guys fall.
