After an explosive second day of legal tampering headlined by signing D.J. Reader and Trae Waynes, the Cincinnati Bengals followed up on Wednesday by agreeing to sign offensive lineman Xavier Su’a-Filo.

ESPN’s Ben Baby first reported the news as a three-year pact worth $10 million.

Su’a-Filo, 29, spent the last two seasons with the Dallas Cowboys and appeared in eight and 11 games over those tenures. He entered the league in 2014 as a second-round pick with the Houston Texans.

A veteran with experience at both guard spots, Su’a-Filo arrives after the Bengals cut John Miller one year into his three-year deal. This is perhaps a way to inject competition on the right side or even the left, where Billy Price and Michael Jordan are the only options as of now.
