Alabama rising sophomore defensive back, Scooby Carter, has entered the transfer portal for the second time in the last four months.
Matt Zenitz with AL.com was the first to break the news on Thursday via Twitter:

The news comes as somewhat of a shock, seeing that the former four-star recruit withdrew his name after originally entering in November.
Scooby Carter, who was a four-star member of Alabama's 2019 recruiting class, originally went into the portal in November.
Then withdrew his name in January.

Carter played in one game with the Crimson Tide in 2019 and recorded only one tackle on the season.
There’s no word yet on why he has decided to re-enter the portal, and there are no reports on where his potential landing spots could be.
Roll Tide Wire will keep you updated on Carter’s time in the portal and where he will eventually land.
