The 2019-20 NFL Season is now in the books, with the Kansas City Chiefs defeating the San Francisco 49ers, 31-20, and taking home the Lombardi Trophy.
Now the 2020 offseason officially begins, and like every other year, it starts with a look at the early odds for next year’s Super Bowl to set the stage for teams going forward.
Unfortunately for fans of the Washington Redskins, they are being given the worst odds in the NFL to win Super Bowl LV.
According to the Westgate Las Vegas SportsBook, the Redskins are currently listed as 200-to-1 odds to win the championship in 2020, which is the worst in the NFL. Ahead of the Redskins, the Miami Dolphins, Cincinnati Bengals, Carolina Panthers and Jacksonville Jaguars are all tied with 100-to-1 odds.
Though the Redskins have done a lot of work to remake their franchise and install a new culture in the last month, it doesn’t seem to be enough to convince Vegas that they are worth being taken seriously, as of yet.
