The Ravens signed quarterback Malik Cunningham off the Patriots practice squad to the active roster on Wednesday, filling a roster spot vacated by Devin Duvernay.
Duvernay suffered a back injury in Sunday’s win over the Rams, and he’ll head to injured reserve, missing the final four games of the regular season.
#Ravens All-Pro returner Devin Duvernay suffered a back injury on Sunday and is being placed on Injured Reserve, sources say. It will not require a procedure and he should be good for the playoffs. To fill his roster spot, Baltimore signed Malik Cunningham from New England PS.

Head coach John Harbaugh had previously stated that the wide receiver could miss a week or more after Duvernay was dealing with back spasms during the game, which kept the fourth-year pro sidelined.
Tylan Wallace, who recorded the game-winning punt return for a touchdown in overtime, will continue to handle return duties in Duvernay’s absence.
