Ravens rookie 5th round pick returns to practice after missing 4 games with neck injury

Ravens rookie 5th round pick Rasheen Ali returns to practice after missing 4 games with a neck injury

The Ravens are getting healthier, and while the teams await the return of running back Keaton Mitchell, another potential contributor activated his 21-day practice window on Thursday.

Mitchell, who is recovering from a late-season ACL injury, is also eligible to return this week, although Head Coach John Harbaugh said he’s not close enough yet to provide a timetable.

Rasheen Ali practiced for the first time since suffering a neck injury during the preseason matchup against the Eagles.  Ali made the 53-man roster but was placed on injured reserve following cuts.

Baltimore has relied on Derrick Henry and Justice Hill during games, while elevating a third running back from the practice squad.
