Former Alabama Heisman-winning running back Mark Ingram had a career season in 2019 during his first year with his new team, the Baltimore Ravens.
Ingram was a dual threat out of the backfield as both a runner and a receiver, totaling 1,265 yards from scrimmage and 15 touchdowns.
He also certainly seems to enjoy playing with his new team, as he stepped in to be the leading hype-man for his young MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson. Unfortunately, the season was cut short in the 2019 playoffs, courtesy of the Tennessee Titans and another Alabama product in Derrick Henry.
In order to not only maintain his level of play, but improve upon an already impressive career, Ingram is working out with a trainer during this offseason — even with the CDC’s recommendation to stay home and practice social distancing.

An already lethal threat out of the backfield, Ingram is seen working on his hand-eye coordination. A skill which, if improved, could very well make him one of the league’s top running backs despite being 30 years old.
After a successful college career in Tuscaloosa, Ingram has steadily increased his production on the field since becoming a first-round pick to the New Orleans Saints during the 2011 NFL Draft.
Now, it’s time for Ingram and Jackson to team up and help bring the city of Baltimore another Super Bowl!
