The Baltimore Ravens faced off against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 18. While the team sat out a lot of important players on the offense and defense, they might have lost one more to injury in the first half of the contest in a star offensive player.

Baltimore announced that running back Gus Edwards was being evaluated for a possible head injury. Edwards’s game started out strong with a first down on the first offensive play of the game. If the injury is significant, it might lead to him missing next week’s playoff game.

The shorthanded Ravens could be even more short-handed if Edwards has to miss time. In his absence, running backs Kenyan Drake and Justice Hill should get more opportunities.

Update: Edwards has been ruled out for the remainder of the game
