The Baltimore Ravens took a huge 41-17 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, which, to be fair, was the kind of performance that had some fans looking for a drink.
One fan, though, apparently went to the absolute wrong place for that beverage.
During the first half of that Week 7 loss, the Ravens radio broadcast with Gerry Sandusky and Obafemi Ayanbadejo was interrupted while on the air when a fan evidently climbed into the booth in search of a drink.
We could hear as Ayanbadejo shouted during Sandusky’s call of the game action, “What are you doing?” He was talking to the fan, making for one of the weirder on-air moments we’ll hear.

After several seconds of dead air, Sandusky went back to calling the game as normal. He then described what happened:
“If you were listening, you heard Femi say, ‘What are you doing? What are you doing?’ He was not talking to the players or the coaches. We actually had a fan who was trying to climb into the broadcast booth! She said, ‘I’m a veteran and I’m looking for a drink.'”
It seemed like this fan thought she was climbing into someone’s suite — where there would theoretically be drinks — and not the radio booth. But, uh, that was quite a way to go about finding a drink in a football stadium with many drink vendors.
Check the concourse next time.
