The Baltimore Ravens came out on top in a thrilling Sunday Night Football matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs during Week 2 of the 2021 season. Baltimore won the game 36-35, but the memorable moments from the contest started before the opening kickoff happened.
During pregame introductions, the Ravens played a tribute to the late Michael K. Williams, who played Omar Little in the hit TV-series “The Wire”. His famous whistle of the song “Farmer in the Dell” was blasted all throughout the M&T Bank Stadium, creating an intense atmosphere while also honoring the late TV-star.

The idea was first brought up by a fan on Twitter, and it seems that the organization listened. It was a great way to honor the late-actor, and I’m sure many fans want the “Omar Whistle” to be a reoccurring theme during home game introductions for the Ravens.
