The Baltimore Ravens have seen their coaching staff shaken up quite a bit already over the course of the 2023 offseason. Some moves have been made by the organization themselves, while other coaches have parted on their own volition for other opportunities.
When speaking with the media at the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine, Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh discussed some of the coaching changes that have already happened as well as those that could be coming in the future. He mentioned a new change, as outside linebackers coach Rob Leonard will be leaving the franchise to be the defensive line coach with the Las Vegas Raiders.
Rob Leonard, who spent last season coaching OLBs for Ravens, will become the defensive line coach for the Raiders.
Ravens' openings on coaching staff include: OLB, WR and safeties.
