The Baltimore Ravens dealt with many different injuries over the course of the 2021 season. They needed to find many different ways to navigate around having such a depleted roster, but still finished with an 8-9 record and missed the playoffs for the first time since 2017.
To start 2022 training camp, Baltimore has been relatively healthy. However, on Monday they had two new absences in wide receiver Devin Duvernay and offensive tackle Ja’Wuan James. Duvernay suffered a thigh bruise during Saturday’s open stadium practice at M&T Bank Stadium, while James had been working his way back from a torn achilles he suffered during the 2021 offseason. He left Saturday’s practice but stayed on the sideline.
Only practice participation changes I’ve seen today are Ben Cleveland is back and OT Ja’Wuan James and WR Devin Duvernay (thigh bruise) are not practicing. James left Saturday’s stadium practice early. He stayed on sideline but stopped taking reps.
