Baltimore Ravens guard Kevin Zeitler has been one of the few players that haven’t missed a game this season. Let’s hope that doesn’t change with all these new Covid cases around the team. When asked how he felt about John Harbaugh having a conversation with the players before deciding to go for the two point conversion at the end of the Packers game Zeitler said
“I love it. He has faith in us, and we have faith in him. I never overthink. I love going for two points when the game is on the line like that. I have faith in our team that we can get it done. Unfortunately, it didn’t go that way this week, but if we do it again, I’d do it again.”
Just knowing that the head coach is so open with the team about decisions is great. It means that the communication between the coaching staff and the players is top-notch and that’s a good thing for an organization. Coach Harbaugh is one that hasn’t lost the locker room. If that was the case, then the season might’ve gone downhill way earlier.
