Ravens add WR help in latest 2023 NFL mock draft by CBS Sports

The Ravens added wide receiver help in the latest 2023 NFL mock draft by CBS Sports

The Baltimore Ravens have a clear need at the wide receiver position, which is something that needs to be addressed before the start of the 2023 season. While the team did sign veteran wideout Nelson Agholor, that can’t be the only moves they make as they look to upgrade their room.

When putting together his latest 2023 NFL mock draft, Ryan Wilson of CBS Sports had Baltimore addressing the wide receiver position by selecting former TCU star Quentin Johnston. When explaining his reasoning, Wilson talked about how Johnston can make plays “above the rim” while also having incredible athleticism.

“Assuming Lamar Jackson returns to Baltimore, the team has to get him some downfield weapons and they’ve been quiet in free agency through the first week. Here they get a player who could end up WR1 on draft night. Johnston’s an above-the-rim playmaker whose athleticism and contested-catch abilities were all over his tape at TCU.”
