No. 3 Chris Webber
When the Sixers acquired Webber from the Sacramento Kings, they were expecting to acquire a legitimate All-Star who was capable of providing a scoring punch next to Allen Iverson. Instead, they got a guy who was on his last legs and had bad knees. He did average 17.9 points and 9.3 rebounds with the Sixers and that’s what has him in this slot on the list, but Philadelphia could have gotten so much more out of him.
