No. 4 Nerlens Noel

Noel was a little underrated in Philadelphia. He averaged 9.9 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks as a rookie in the middle of The Process and then averaged 11.1 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks in his second season. He just happened to be the odd man out when Joel Embiid returned and was ready to go. If he could have stuck around, he would be a nice backup on the team right now.
