This was the game Simmons made his first career 3-pointer. There was obviously so much hype around him shooting and when he caught it in the corner, he pulled it with confidence and he knocked it down with ease. When the ball nestled in the net, the Wells Fargo Center crowd was delirious and he had himself a solid game as well. He finished with 18 points, 13 assists, and seven rebounds in a 109-104 win over the Knicks.
