Dr. J did a lot in his three-year Nets career. He was an ABA All-Star,  First Team All-ABA and the ABA MVP every season he was in New York. The Doctor was named to the ABA All-Defensive team once, led the league in scoring twice and helped the Nets win two ABA titles.

Not to mention, Erving won the first-ever Slam Dunk Contest:

Dr. J is one of three Basketball Hall of Famers on this list — Rick Barry and Bernard King being the others — and is unquestionably the best to ever play the small forward position for the Nets.
