Williams’ Nets legacy will always be that he never quite lived up to expectations.

He was only a league All-Star for the Nets once — his first full season with the team. Williams also only logged 70-plus games in a season once for the Nets.

But, he did help Brooklyn make the playoffs three times. Though, they only made it past the first round once.

Williams has also dished out the fourth-most assists in Nets history (2078).
