8. Washington Redskins

Washington’s offseason improvement starts with Chase Young and their ranking should improve as the season plays out.

Washington will switch to a 4-3 base allowing defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio to properly utilize the talents of Montez Sweat, Ryan Kerrigan, Matthew Ioannidis and Jonathan Allen. The Redskins also signed veteran linebacker Thomas Davis to improve their depth at the position.

Cornerback Kendall Fuller is another notable addition for the Redskins as well as former Eagles cornerback Ronald Darby.
