The Patriots are always looking to bolster their offensive line and Peters is Bill Belichick’s type of player. The Patriots need a left tackle whether Tom Brady returns or not to possibly protect Andy Dalton or a litany of other likely replacements.
Isaiah Wynn is currently in the role but could lose his spot to Peters or Trent Williams.
If they targeted Peters over Trent Williams, New England wouldn’t have to sacrifice a draft pick.
