For the first 15 minutes or so of game time, it looked like Saturday was going to potentially be a long day for the Oregon Ducks. After falling down 6-0 early in the second quarter, the Ducks were able to quickly turn things around, though, and go on to dominate the Stanford Cardinal, winning 42-6 and improving to 5-0 for the season.
While Oregon’s defense ruled the day against Colorado, it was a more balanced performance vs. Stanford, with the offense providing some fireworks led by 4 total TDs from Bo Nix and 2 TDs from Troy Franklin. Meanwhile, the Ducks’ defense racked up another 5 sacks and kept the second straight team out of the endzone.
