Was there any doubt who would be number 1 on this list? The top pick of the 1996 NBA Draft, Iverson immediately came to Philadelphia and lifted the franchise out of the doldrums. He won Rookie of the Year in 1997 and he topped that by then winning MVP in 2001 and carrying the Sixers to the NBA Finals. He led the league in scoring four times and in steals three times and he is second in franchise history in points, third in assists, and second in steals. His impact on Sixers basketball can never be denied.
