Ranking every No. 50 pick made in the NBA draft by the Boston Celtics

Our ninth installment of ranking every pick from Nos. 1 to 60, we compare the three picks the Boston Celtics have made 50th overall.

Now at the ninth edition of articles ranking each of the picks taken by the Boston Celtics Nos. 1 through 60 by the number they were drafted at, we arrive at pick No. 50, which the team has drafted at three times in the 70 years the Celtics have existed.

The picks made here began in 1954 and continued up to the 2005 NBA draft, the most recent draft Boston selected 50th overall.

There were no stars nor even role-playing champions to be found among the three players drafted 50th overall by the Celtics, but at least one familiar face can be found among the three drafted at this late point of the draft.

As in earlier versions of this series, we use a rubric that focuses on what players do while a member of the Celtics organization primarily, with success before or after an additional way to ranking players when the gulf is small.

With that out of the way, who are the greatest Celtics to be drafted 50th overall?
