The Bucs expected O.J. Howard to give them a big-time threat at tight end when they drafted him from Alabama. Thus far, that has not materialized. He has played in seven games with 17 receptions for 223 yards with one TD. Yes, the Bucs have Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. However, that should open up many more routes for Howard.
