Bill O’Brien has all the power in Houston. He is coaching a team that had a massive lead over the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Divisional round before folding. Jadeveon Clowney is long gone. DeAndre Hopkins has been banished to the desert. Though 21 regular-season wins over the past two seasons are not going to mean much if O’Brien fails to improve his team in the 2020 football season.
