The Los Angeles Rams need a new kicker this year after losing Matt Gay in free agency and they already seem to be moving one step closer to deciding who will replace the Pro Bowler. The team announced on Thursday that it has waived two undrafted rookies: kicker Christopher Dunn and safety Collin Duncan.

Dunn and Tanner Brown were the only two kickers on the roster but it seems the Rams are going with Brown for the moment. There’s always a chance they’ll bring in another kicker at some point before or during training camp, but the Rams like what they saw from Brown this spring.

Los Angeles signed both Brown and Dunn after the draft, along with 20-plus other undrafted free agents – including Duncan, the safety from Mississippi State.
