The Los Angeles Rams released their final injury report of the regular season Friday, giving one last update ahead of Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks. They’re resting a good portion of their starters, including Matthew Stafford, Puka Nacua and Kyren Williams, while also lightening the workload of some defenders on the other side of the ball.
The Seahawks don’t have anything to play for now that they’ve been eliminated from playoff contention, but they’re still trying to win this game and end the year on a high note.
Below is the final injury report of the week and regular season for both teams.

Seahawks injury report
Rob Havenstein injury update
Havenstein has been ruled out due to a shoulder injury, though he’d probably get the rest treatment if he weren’t banged up. Sean McVay is confident Havenstein will be ready for the playoffs next week.
Jordan Whittington injury update
Whittington was limited in the first two days of practice due to an ankle injury but he was a full participant on Friday and should be good to go for Sunday’s game.
Tutu Atwell injury update
Atwell missed Thursday’s practice for personal reasons but he was back on the field Friday ahead of this weekend’s matchup with the Seahawks. McVay didn’t give a reason for Atwell’s absence Thursday.
