Rams sign Christian Rozeboom off Chiefs’ practice squad

The Rams have brought back Christian Rozeboom, signing him off the Chiefs’ practice squad.

After trading away Kenny Young and losing Travin Howard to short-term injured reserve, the Los Angeles Rams had to look outside their building for some linebacker depth. They landed on a familiar face, though, and are bringing back Christian Rozeboom.

They’ve signed him off the Chiefs’ practice squad, which means he’ll revert to the Rams’ 53-man roster and earn at least three game checks.

Rozeboom landed with the Rams after the 2020 draft, signing as a free agent out of South Dakota State. He spent all of last season on the practice squad and was waived by the Rams again this offseason, opening the door for him to land on the Chiefs’ practice squad.

He played one game for the Chiefs this season, getting on the field for 10 special teams snaps in Week 7 against the Titans.
