Rams QB Matthew Stafford (hamstring) was full participant in practice with Texans

Matthew Stafford had no limitations in practice against the Texans, a sign that his hamstring isn’t much of a concern anymore

Although there was some initial concern after Matthew Stafford exited practice early with hamstring tightness last week, there’s little reason to be worried about the injury moving forward. Stafford has been progressing steadily in recent days, and we got the clearest indication of his status on Thursday.

In the Rams’ practice with the Texans, Stafford was a full participant, according to Sean McVay. Earlier this week, McVay said he wasn’t sure if Stafford would practice against the Texans but it’s obvious that Stafford is feeling good now that he’s about a week removed from the injury.

With over two weeks until the start of the regular season, there’s no question Stafford will be on the field against the Lions unless he aggravates it between now and then.
