Rams injury report: Puka Nacua upgraded to full, 3 still limited

Puka Nacua was upgraded to a full participant on Thursday, but 3 other Rams players remained limited

The Los Angeles Rams came out of the bye much healthier than they were going into it, getting back the likes of Matthew Stafford, Ernest Jones and Rob Havenstein, all of whom missed Week 9 with injuries. Only four players were limited in practice to start the week on Wednesday and the outlook should improve as the Rams get closer to Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.

On Thursday’s injury report, there was only one change for the Rams. Puka Nacua was upgraded from limited to full. Rob Havenstein, Cobie Durant and Larrell Murchison all remained limited on Thursday, while Matthew Stafford was once again a full participant, so he remains on track to play against the Seahawks on Sunday.

For the Seahawks, Tyler Lockett was out for the second straight day, but guard Damien Lewis was upgraded to a full participant and Jamal Adams went from being held out Wednesday to being limited Thursday.
