All things considered, the Los Angeles Rams are fairly healthy at this point in the season. Sure, they’re without Andrew Whitworth, Terrell Burgess and Taylor Rapp, but they’re not exactly banged up given that it’s Week 13.
And even though Terrell Lewis is considered week-to-week, the Rams are set to get back some help at outside linebacker. Sean McVay said Wednesday that the team expects to get Ogbonnia Okoronkwo back this week against the Cardinals.
He’s currently on injured reserve and has been designated to return, meaning he can be activated at any moment. He’s been practicing with the team as he works his way back from elbow surgery stemming from an injury suffered in Week 5.
He seems excited to be back, too, tweeting this Wednesday.

Elsewhere on the injury front, Sebastian Joseph-Day was limited in practice with a hip issue. Brian Allen remains limited with a knee injury, while Lewis is still sidelined with a knee injury of his own.
The Rams aren’t 100% healthy, but things could be worse this late in the season.
