The Rams came out of Week 17 mostly healthy, only suffering one major injury: Nick Scott broke his thumb on the final play of the game against the Ravens. Sean McVay said Scott could still play against the 49ers in the season finale, though, which is good news.
The Rams opened their week of practice on Wednesday as they prepare for San Francisco – a team they’ve lost to five straight times. Their injury report was light aside from Scott, who was limited by his thumb injury.
Cam Akers was a full participant, and Sean McVay confirmed he’ll be active and “ready to go” against the 49ers this week. McVay also said that while everyone was at a jog-through pace, Akers was “full speed, flying around.”
McVay on Cam Akers: "Everybody else was at a jog-through and Cam was full-speed, flying around. So, he’s excited. He’ll be ready to go. Looking forward to seeing Cam make his debut this week.:

Below is the full injury report for the Rams and 49ers. Leonard Floyd, Aaron Donald, Andrew Whitworth, Jalen Ramsey and A’Shawn Robinson all got the day off for rest.
The 49ers took a similarly light approach with several players getting a rest day. Jimmy Garoppolo was limited with his thumb injury and Elijah Mitchell was held out due to a knee injury, which are two notable players to follow as the week progresses.
Kyle Shanahan hasn’t said which quarterback will start against the Rams, as he’s still deciding between Garoppolo and Trey Lance. The decision will come down to Garoppolo’s health.
