The Rams had already ruled out Cam Akers on Friday due to a rib injury suffered in Week 2, but they also listed Jordan Fuller as questionable to play Sunday against the New York Giants.
Sean McVay said the team was going to be cautious with its rookie safety, not putting him out there if his shoulder didn’t feel 100% healthy. That’s how they’re playing this situation, holding Fuller out against New York.
Here’s the full list of inactives for the Rams today.

Taylor Rapp will presumably take over the starting spot from Fuller this week, with Terrell Burgess possibly getting increased work.
The Rams called up rookie Juju Hughes from the practice squad for Sunday’s game, which was an indication that Fuller might not be active. Hughes probably won’t contribute much on defense, but he could play special teams.
There are no other surprises on the Rams’ list of inactives, with many of the same players from the first three weeks being healthy scratches again.
