Rams have a ‘handful’ of non-players who have tested positive for COVID-19

It’s not just Rams players who have tested positive for COVID-19.

It’s not just Rams players who have tested positive for COVID-19. There are also non-players dealing with the outbreak.

Rams COO Kevin Demoff told reporters Friday that a “handful” of members of the coaching and support staffs have tested positive, as well. Demoff did not disclose their names or roles, and the team is not required to publicly state coaches or personnel members who test positive.

The Rams currently have 29 players on COVID-19 reserve, which resulted in their game against the Seahawks being postponed to Tuesday night at 7 p.m. ET at SoFi Stadium. Among those on the COVID list for the Rams are Jalen Ramsey, Von Miller, Odell Beckham Jr. and Tyler Higbee.

Due to the outbreak of cases, the Rams have not yet practiced this week.
