The Rams have owned the Seahawks during Sean McVay’s tenure. Since 2017, Los Angeles has won 10 of the 15 meetings between these teams, including a playoff game during the 2020 postseason. The Rams swept the Seahawks last season, the third time in seven years that they’ve done that under McVay.

As for this season, the Seahawks have lost four of their last five games after starting the year 3-0. Now sitting at 4-4, they’re only a half-game ahead of the Rams in the NFC West, tied with the 49ers for the division lead.
