With some of the team’s top players resting on Sunday, the Los Angeles Rams will need all hands on deck. Unlike in the preseason when rosters are as deep as 90 players, regular-season rosters are limited to just 53.
As a result, the Rams called up two players from practice squad and both of them could have a chance to contribute on Sunday afternoon against the Seahawks. The Rams elevated offensive tackle A.J. Arcuri and outside linebacker Keir Thomas on Saturday, adding them this week’s roster.
Arcuri could help fill in with Alaric Jackson resting and Rob Havenstein out, while Thomas will provide depth at outside linebacker with Jared Verse and Byron Young presumably sitting out or seeing their snaps limited.
