The Rams made a pair of roster moves Saturday ahead of their matchup with the Cardinals. They officially activated Ogbonnia Okoronkwo off injured reserve, making him eligible to play Sunday.
They also signed rookie safety J.R. Reed to the 53-man roster from the practice squad. Reed was elevated in each of the last two weeks, but roster rules stipulate that a player can only be brought up twice in a season, so Reed had to be signed to the active roster.
Sean McVay said this week that both Okoronkwo and Derek Rivers will be ready to go for Sunday’s game, an indication that both will be active. Okoronkwo has been out since Week 6 and Rivers has yet to make his Rams debut since being claimed off waivers.
