Notre Dame and North Carolina State opened up the ACC baseball season with a thriller between a pair of top 25 teams on Friday, but Saturday wasn’t meant to be as weather cancelled the game.
The Irish and Wolfpack will not make the game up on Sunday, instead playing just one game at 1 p.m. ET to close the weekend.
The Irish are 10-1 on the year and 1-0 in ACC play while North Carolina State is off to a 9-5 start after dropping their conference opener.
The Irish are set to play their home opener this coming Wednesday as they’ll be hosting Valparaiso.
