Raiders Wednesday Injury Report: Two starting defensive backs miss practice

The Raiders held their first practice of the week on Wednesday as they are set to play the Indianapolis Colts in Week 14. Starting cornerback Damon Arnette missed practice with a concussion after leaving for the second-straight game with a head injury. His status for Sunday is officially in doubt and it appears the team is preparing to play without him.

It’s also worth noting that Jeff Heath also missed practice with a concussion and that’s not a good sign considering how short-handed the Raiders already are in the secondary. They did get some good news on Wednesday as Johnathan Abram was a limited participant after missing last week, but he is still considered questionable for Sunday.

The team also had several other players miss practice without an injury, such as Gabe Jackson, Rodney Hudson and Johnathan Hankins. These are likely “rest” days for the veterans and all those players should be available for Sunday.
