The Las Vegas Raiders have made their third selection in the 2020 NFL Draft, picking running back Lynn Bowden from Kentucky. Bowden played quarterback and wide receiver for Kentucky last season as he was named a first-team All-American selection. He finished his career with 4,600 career yards in the SEC.

Bowden was announced as a running back by commissioner Rodger Goddell, so it will be fascinating to see which position he plays in the NFL. He certainly has the size to play the position, but he was used more as a wide receiver and wildcat quarterback for Kentucky.

Not only can Bowden help out as a runner and a receiver, but he’s also a dynamic kick and punt returner, as well. Look for him to make his mark as a rookie on special teams.
