Monken has a total of six years of experience as an OC at the NFL level. In the middle of that, he spent three years as OC and QB coach at University of Georgia during the years they won two National Championships.
He’s oversaw a top five offense in each of the past two seasons with the Ravens.
He was a head coach at Southern Mississippi for three seasons (2013-15), after which he left to take his first OC job in the NFL with the Buccaneers — a job he held for three seasons.
